On the afternoon of September 20, 2017, the "13th Five-Year Plan" municipal project proposal Meeting was held in the conference room of the Administrative Building of Tsinghua High School。The topic of this meeting is "Diagnosis and Training Design of Teacher Professional Development" of Beijing Education Science Planning "13th Five-Year Plan", presided over by Zhao Hongyan, vice president of Tsinghua High School.。Professor Luo Yan from the Institute of Education of Tsinghua University, Professor Li Yue from the School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University, and Teacher Hou LAN from the Institute of Scientific Research Management of Haidian District Institute of Education and Science served as the review experts of the opening meeting。

Tan Chen, director of the Teaching and Research Department of Tsinghua High School, presided over the meeting, introduced the three experts who participated in the opening meeting, and expressed welcome and thanks to the experts on behalf of the school。

After that, the members of the research group reported to the experts, from the background and reasons of the topic selection, literature review, research design, research focus and difficulties, research implementation plan and division of labor, expected research results, research basis and other aspects of the statement。

The three experts respectively put forward their own opinions and constructive suggestions on the proposal report, and carried out a joint discussion, and unanimously gave affirmation and praise to the subject research。Experts believe that the research premise and conditions of the subject are relatively good, and it is a practical application type of research。Literature analysis is comprehensive and systematic, with a good foundation。The research objective is clear and the research content is complete and systematic. From the research point of view, it can be divided into two parts: diagnosis and training design. After diagnosis, training design can be carried out from different angles with specific targets。With the advantage of information technology, teachers' files can be retained and teachers' professional development is more scientific。For the implementation of integrated school, the subject has a very good promotion significance。

Zhao Hongyan, who is in charge of the project, said that the proposal report will be further modified and improved according to expert opinions, and this highly educated and high-level research team will be led to carry out good research work on municipal topics。
